Hillel

My professional passion is to build high performance organizations out of companies motivated to be lean, agile, and achieve world-class results. My best clients are companies who have the courage, leadership, insight, foresight and discipline to be the best places to work, the best value to their customers and the best performing for their shareholders. I take a tough love approach and, frankly, have little patience for executives who *want* these things but expect to achieve them without putting in any effort or making any changes.

    Hi Hillel,

Thanks for a fundamentally enlightening presentation at DC-Spin this evening (Wednesday 2 March 2011, at CACI Fair Oaks).

Now I can peruse your Entinex and AgileCMMI websites with a better understanding of the issues than when you and I first met.

Question: What does your acronym S.M.A.R.T. stand for?

Observation: Your Nov 2001 Cross Talk article “Dispelling the Process Myth….” link is broken. Here is the corrected link: http://www.crosstalkonline.org/storage/issue-archives/2001/200111/200111-Glazer.pdf

This “Contact” form doesn’t have its text boxes showing for “Name (required),” “Mail…” or “Website,” so I basically guessed at where to put my name (Gregory Tong) and e-mail address (gregnmay@erols.com). I also didn’t see any text box for the “CAPTCHA Code.” My findings apply to both FireFox 3.6.14 and IE 8.0.6001.18702. I hope it worked!

    Best regards,
    Greg
